We called after having our boiler condemned following a previous service. They promptly arranged a convenient time with us for them to pop round, that fitted with our work commitments and juggling the demands of a young baby. When they arrived they made certain to cover their boots, already showing more than the usual care and attention to our property. After inspecting the boiler they proceeded to breakdown a number of solutions without the use of any jargon; their vast knowledge of previous work and attention to detail was blatantly evident. All of our furniture was covered and protected. They had access to our home and upon returning from work it was as though they hadn't been in the house at all! I'd had problems with my boiler since I moved in, and each time I'd called in a different plumber which only seemed to temporarily fix the problem. After loosing my hot water completely I searched again for a plumber, and this time I was not disappointed. It was clear from the offset that they were efficient, knowledgeable and very experienced. After quickly and correctly diagnosing the problem where others had failed, they installed the new parts with a minimum amount of fuss. We have just had a complete bathroom refurbishment done. The workmanship is second to none, the time keeping was impeccable from quote to completion. no disappearing for hours on end.
